Your entry to our Competition is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and, by entering into this Competition and/or using our Website, you are agreeing, and you are signifying your agreement to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

If you do not read our Terms and Conditions of Use, you should not submit your entry to our Competition as those Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a Binding Legal Agreement between you and Readers Writers Limited.

In addition to our Terms and Condition of Use of our Website, the following additional Terms and Conditions apply to our Competition:

No entry form is required for our Competition.

The Closing Date for Receipts/upload of all entries is: 6PM, Friday, the 26th of September, 2014.

Entries cannot have been previously published.

Entries must be of synopsis form. Entries must be in article or chapter form. ie a quick synopsis of what a article or book is about will not be accepted.

Votes from bogus e-mail addresses will be discarded from the final vote.

Entrants will not be allowed to vote for their own entries.

Please retain a copy as Entries cannot be returned.

Entries can only be uploaded through the permitted channels.

An unlimited number of entries per person may be submitted for the Competition.

The adjudication panels verdict is final and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding individual competition entries. Winners only will be notified.

The Prizes are:- 1st - a publishing contract with epub and print for winner, provided by Tin Hut Tales; 2nd prize - a publishing contract for epub only: & 3rd Year's subscription to www.readerswriters.ie

Our Competition is not open to staff of Readers Writers Limited, their immediate family members or associated Companies including (but not limited to) competition promotional partners.

Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the Winner. If, due to circumstances beyond its control, the prize becomes unavailable Readers Writers Limited and/or the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

All taxes, insurance, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Where a prize is provided by a third party, Readers Writers Limited shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the supply or non-supply or the purported supply or any delay in supplying the prize including (but not limited to) the failure of the winner to receive ownership or use the prize.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winners name and details for the purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.

Readers Writers Limited are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any submission and/or entry made for our Competitions. Sole responsibility and liability for the content of such Entry lies with the Author/Entrant only.

Neither Readers Writers Limited nor its Agents shall have any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, expense or cost arising from entry into our competition and/or the award of a prize.
